Harvest PARADE APPLICATION - 2017

PABA members whose dues are paid by March 31, 2017 will be FREE OF CHARGE. Clowns, Royalty, Specialty features, performers in costume, floats and marching bands will be free of charge.


PARADE FEES: PABA will accept parade applications on-line with payment. Fee for Business and Political Campaign is $125.00. Schools are $25.00. Non-profits are $25.00 and must upload a document that provides non-profit status (below). 


Payne Arcade Business Association (PABA) will make the final acceptance determination for parade units. Conformation will be mailed or emailed approximately September 5th. If you have not received confirmation by September 10th call the Festival Director, Anne DeJoy at 651-288-8744.


WAIVER OF LIABILITY: By submitting this application electronically, I, undersigned intending to be legally bound hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators waive any and all right to claims for damages I could have against PABA, the City of St. Paul and their representatives, volunteers, successors, and assigns for any and all damages suffered by myself or my team at the event. Further I grant full permission to PABA and other agents authorized by them to use photographs, videography, recording or other records of these events for legitimate reasons. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Payne Arcade Harvest Festival & Parade. YOUR SUBMISSION WILL BE CONSIDERED YOUR ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE.
